Her background is office administration suits her well because she wears many hats for Grand Occasions. From H.R. Manager to handling the majority of sales on corporate accounts, to supervising on large events, and she still remains the master of Grand Occasions trivia.

Jaye is one of our most eager salespersons. Joining the Grand Occasions team just about 3 years ago he brings great energy and drive to succeed. He is our leading sales person in a new division of ours ?GO BBQ Catering.? Growing up in the South Valley he gained his 16-years of food service experience working for places like V?s Fine Dining, The Emerton Club, Apple Annies, and Mimi?s Cafe. He is currently attending Institute of Technology for his Culinary Professionalism Degree.

Roman?s passion for food service started 20 plus years ago in the dish room of Giorgio?s Restaurant in Fresno. After a short period he knew he needed to be out in the front with the people. So from the dish room to the front of the house and behind bar he began his career. He developed his skills in restaurants like The Alligator Club, Wiliker?s, and The Greenhouse Restaurant. Then he found his true love of the business CATERING. He has been around since the conception of Grand Occasions and his been one of the leading force in building Grand Occasions to what it is today.

One of Fresno best restaurateur, John started his career in business ownership when he was 23 years old. A fresh graduate from The Culinary Institute of America he opened the original Greenhouse on Maroa Street in the Tower District of Fresno. A few years later and with a faithful following of customers John opened the newer and bigger Greenhouse Restaurant on Shaw and Sixth avenues in the heart of Fresno. For 15 years the Greenhouse provided elegant dining with its white tablecloths and colorful napkins. It became a landmark in Fresno famous for its banquet service, Sunday Brunches, fresh and unique menu items and an all time favorite for prom dates. Following the sale of the Greenhouse Restaurant John focused all his passion to catering, founding Grand Occasions Catering. Focusing on elegant affairs, corporate business clients and always-beautiful weddings Grand Occasions grew by leaps and bounds. After 6 years of just catering Grand Occasions built their new 10,000 square foot banquet facility in Northwest Fresno. This became the home and current headquarters for Grand Occasions Inc. Providing a location for hundreds of wedding, fundraisers, holiday parties and all types of occasions throughout the years. John currently is also the President of Parco Holdings LLP a holding company for 6 fast casual restaurants throughout the Central Valley of California and Hawaiian Islands.
